    are either closed or NOT yet on sale for 2013/2014 academic session.
    We are always ready to address your comments or complaints:


    TO GET HELP FAST:
    1. Please do NOT call with hidden or 'private' numbers.
    2. Please always go straight to the point, other people are waiting to get help too.
    3. On week days (Monday - Friday), please call between 10:00AM  —  4:00PM only.
    4. ABU Call Centre support services run only on week days; please do NOT call on weekends.
    5. Your calls will NOT be answered if you fail to comply with the above. Thank you.
